“Yoga Vs Gym”...Which one to choose?
Yoga or Gym...Confused???
Each
has its own benefits in our lifestyle and there is no one can really say which one
is below or above than other.
According to a large number of fitness
and health experts:
Many yoga schools and institutions describe
the different benefits of yoga for human body and mind.
On the fitness aspects with yoga you can
expect increased flexibility, toning, strengthening to a certain asana, meditation
and breathing exercises."
Our Yoga Master Yogi Pramod says, "Workout in gym can easily make you feel tired and hungry and on the other hand yoga revitalizes you and helps in your digestion."

Health and Fitness experts say that while
yoga has its different pluses, excluding
the odd exceptions (e.g. power yoga). Yoga does not provide the
cardiovascular benefits, which are so fundamentally important to all human
beings.
"Fat loss and weight loss is not
achieved through yoga; this is derived through cardio activities.
Cardio activities could include
aerobics, walking, jogging, cycling, and rope skipping, dancing and swimming."
The Yoga-Cardio
Combined Schedule (Experts says)
"For ideal and fast results it is best to
merge cardio and yoga each week.
(2-3 days cardio and 3-4 days yoga)
The two can go together each other
nicely.
Manage your workout days, one day off
each week for rest.
Watch your diet and lifestyle to achieve
the best results."
Yoga
With yoga one can look ahead to increased flexibility, toning and
strengthening.
You don't need any equipment, just some space for practicing your yoga
postures (asana).
You will save the travel time required to go to a gym.
After a yoga session you will feel energetic and fresh.
It helps to get rid of tiredness.
Yoga does not increase hunger.
The ancient and traditional yogic science is developed in such a way
that it works on the internal organs of the human body and benefits not just
physically, but mentally, intellectually and spiritually also, says yoga master
yogi Pramod.
GYM
You need equipment and equipment for the gym and
you cannot do it at home.
(Not everyone can afford a gym at home).
Your gym can be far from your home and you can end
up taking the precious time to get there.
Many times people turn to bunk of exercises because
of distance, weather or for any other reason.
Often after a workout at the gym, you can feel
tired and be dealing with some sore parts of the body.
Most workouts in the gym can increase your hunger
and lead to overeating.
Gym workouts focus more or less on physical
appearance and toning muscles.
Training in the gym has only physical advantages
and rarely offers mental motivation.
