Yoga

With yoga one can look ahead to increased flexibility, toning and strengthening.

You don't need any equipment, just some space for practicing your yoga postures (asana).

You will save the travel time required to go to a gym.

After a yoga session you will feel energetic and fresh.

It helps to get rid of tiredness.

Yoga does not increase hunger.

The ancient and traditional yogic science is developed in such a way that it works on the internal organs of the human body and benefits not just physically, but mentally, intellectually and spiritually also, says yoga master yogi Pramod.

GYM

You need equipment and equipment for the gym and you cannot do it at home.
(Not everyone can afford a gym at home).

Your gym can be far from your home and you can end up taking the precious time to get there.

Many times people turn to bunk of exercises because of distance, weather or for any other reason.

Often after a workout at the gym, you can feel tired and be dealing with some sore parts of the body.

Most workouts in the gym can increase your hunger and lead to overeating.
Gym workouts focus more or less on physical appearance and toning muscles.
Training in the gym has only physical advantages and rarely offers mental motivation.
